How Entishar Replaced Manual Warehouse Tracking with a Connected WMS

How Entishar replaced manual warehouse tracking with a connected WMS

Entishar provides 3PL and fulfillment services through several warehouses and partner facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Before the project, staff recorded incoming and outgoing goods on paper. They also used older warehouse software and a separate shipping application. Checking a goods movement or shipment meant consulting paper records and the two systems.

Fulfillor brought receiving, outbound tracking, and shipping workflows together. Staff now record warehouse activity through the WMS and check the related shipping information in the same system.

Solution adoptedFulfillor WMS with connected shipping workflows

The Problem with the Previous Setup

Entishar needed up-to-date records of goods entering and leaving its warehouses. The older systems did not provide that view, so staff relied on handwritten movement records.

Shipping details were held in another application. When checking an outgoing order, staff had to consult the warehouse records and shipping system separately.

The requirement was to manage warehouse activity through the WMS and keep the related shipping information available alongside it.

Moving Goods Tracking into the WMS

Receiving and outbound tracking were moved into the warehouse system. Staff now record goods as they arrive and manage outgoing warehouse activity through the WMS.

This replaced the previous paper-based movement tracking. The team uses the system to record incoming and outgoing goods and review those records during daily work.

Connecting Shipping to Warehouse Work

Shipping workflows were connected during implementation, making the related shipping records available within the warehouse system.

Staff can now check an outgoing order’s warehouse and shipping information together. For the workflows covered by this deployment, they no longer need to open a separate shipping application to access those records.

What Changed in Daily Operations

Entishar moved from handwritten goods-movement records and separate software to system-managed receiving and outbound tracking.

Staff now have one place to check receipts, outgoing orders, and the related shipping information. The change addresses the earlier separation between warehouse activity and shipping records.
