Pak Swift Hub Logistics Services provides warehousing, packaging, and transportation services from Sharjah, UAE. For its warehouse team, getting an order ready for dispatch previously meant working across older warehouse software and a separate shipping application. Staff re-entered addresses, created shipping labels elsewhere, and copied tracking details between systems before manually updating shipment statuses.
Preparing an order was only part of the job. Staff also had to enter its address into the shipping application, create a label, copy the tracking number between systems, and update the shipment status manually. The information needed to follow an order was spread across those tools, and the older systems did not give the team an up-to-date view of its operations.
The project focused on bringing warehouse and shipping workflows together so staff could manage that work and check the related records in one system.
From Preparing an Order to Arranging Its Shipment
Before the implementation, Pak Swift’s staff used separate applications for warehouse work and shipping. Once an order was ready for dispatch, they entered its address again in the shipping application and created the label there. They then copied the tracking number between systems and updated the shipment status manually.
Following up on an order involved checking both applications because each held part of the information. The older software also lacked the current operational data the team needed, so staff had to maintain those records while keeping daily warehouse work moving.
What We Changed for Pak Swift
We brought warehouse management and shipping workflows into Fulfillor, covering the work around shipment details, labels, tracking numbers, and status updates. The implementation focused on the point where warehouse preparation led into shipping, which had previously required staff to move between tools and repeat information.
Pak Swift’s team now manages warehouse and shipping activity within the same system. Staff can look up an outgoing order and check its associated shipment information there, bringing together records that they previously maintained separately.
The Result in Daily Use
The change gives staff one place to check an order’s warehouse activity and shipping details when following up on a dispatch. These records are part of the system used to manage the work, rather than information the team has to gather from separate applications.
For Pak Swift, this addressed the disconnect between its older warehouse software and shipping tool. It also brought the operational data together for ongoing checks and recordkeeping.
