Order and Inventory Updates

Order and inventory imports were improved for better consistency and faster issue tracking.

What changed:

  • Inventory import templates were standardized across deployment environments
  • Order import templates now support region-specific fields
  • Email alerts are now sent when an order import integration fails

Teams can identify failed imports faster and keep order and inventory data cleaner.

Fulfillment Workflow Improvements

Handheld and warehouse-floor workflows were improved to reduce packing delays and scan errors.

What changed:

  • Handheld packing screen now has clearer field order and shipment details
  • Packing labels can be fetched in bulk for all orders in an active pick run
  • Wrong item or shipment scans now trigger an audio alert
  • Put-away item review screen is clearer
  • Completed tab now shows today’s work by default and supports date search

This helps warehouse operators pack faster and catch scan mistakes earlier.

Users can set up stores faster, review linked orders more easily, and generate labels with fewer unit-of-measure issues.

Integrations and API Updates

Fulfillor added carrier support and improved API speed.

What changed:
