August brings new compliance workflows, more flexible order intake, broader carrier configuration, and better visibility across organizations.

Compliance & Traceability

ZATCA Phase 2 E-Invoicing

Fulfillor can now generate ZATCA Phase 2 compliant invoices for Saudi Arabia using UBL 2.1.

Both invoice flows are supported:

  • Clearance for standard B2B invoices
  • Reporting for simplified B2C invoices

Generated invoices include the required QR code, cryptographic stamp, and invoice hash chain.

The workflow has been certified against the ZATCA sandbox. Production onboarding is completed separately for each tenant.

Trust.med Serialized Traceability

A new Trust.med integration supports serialized pharmaceutical traceability from within Fulfillor.

The integration generates EPCIS commission and shipment files and sends them to Trust.med as products move through fulfillment.

This gives pharmaceutical operations a way to keep traceability data connected to the warehouse workflow rather than managing it as a separate process.

Order Management

Create Orders From PDF

Orders received as documents no longer have to be entered field by field.

Fulfillor can now read supported PDF order files and extract:

  • Order information
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Line items
  • Product references

Item numbers are checked against the seller's product catalogue. The extracted data is shown for review before the order is created, and unmatched SKUs are clearly flagged for confirmation.

Asynchronous Order Creation API

Fulfillor now provides an asynchronous order creation workflow for connected systems.

Instead of keeping an external system waiting while an order is fully processed, the request can be submitted and queued for processing.

This is particularly useful for integrations sending larger volumes of orders into Fulfillor.

Control VAT and Discount Columns

Stores can now decide whether VAT and discount columns appear in the Order Items table.

When those fields are not relevant to the operational workflow, they can be hidden to keep the order view focused on product and SKU information.

Carriers & Shipping

Full Porter Service Catalogue

Porter's complete service catalogue is now defined in Fulfillor, including:

  • Cross Border
  • Next Day Delivery
  • Same Day Delivery
  • 4 Hours Delivery
  • 2 Hours Delivery
  • Reverse Collection services

The update also corrects the previous Same Day service mapping.

Next Day and Same Day are currently active in Qatar. The remaining services are configured in preparation for activation.

Choose the Product Identifier Shown on J&T Labels

J&T shipping labels can now use a product identifier selected at the store level.

Available options include UPC, SKU, Product ID, Product Name, GTIN, and EAN.

If no identifier is selected, Fulfillor automatically checks UPC, SKU, Product Name, and Product ID in sequence. This gives packing teams a usable identifier even when product data varies between stores or variants.

Dashboards & Visibility

All Organizations Orders Now Refresh Automatically

The Orders view on the All Organizations dashboard no longer depends entirely on manual page refreshes.

Summary figures and organization cards are updated when a new order is approved and are also refreshed at short intervals.

Global View Across Organizations

A cross-organization dashboard is now available for users who need a broader operational view.

Leadership and operations teams can review activity across organizations without opening each organization individually.

Platform Updates

Clearer Pagination Across Tables

Pagination now shows the actual record range being viewed.

Instead of displaying only a page size such as 10 per page, tables can now show:

1-10 of 100

This gives users immediate context when working through larger lists of orders, inventory records, shipments, or other operational data.
