Improvements to user management, warehouse workflows, reporting, and shipment processing for the Client Portal, Backoffice, and Handheld.
This release also introduces backend infrastructure for upcoming AI insights features.
Warehouse and Order Workflow Enhancements
This release includes enhancements to warehouse management, order workflows, and shipment processing.
Warehouse Management
- Improved the Warehouse Listing screen for easier navigation and organization
Order and Shipment Updates
- Improved Shipping Address layout in Order Details for better readability
- Refining the layout of shipments and order information
- Improved handling of shipment item packed confirmations
- Fixed cases where unassigned shipments appeared incorrectly
- Corrected product association issues within shipments
Enhanced User Management and Access Control
New management actions are now available directly in the User Details screen, allowing administrators to manage accounts more effectively.
New capabilities include:
- Enable or disable users directly on the User Details screen.
- Role-based permissions are enforced for account management actions.
Client Portal & Reporting Updates
Dashboard
- The 3PL badge is shown for the owner organization for clear identification
AI Insights Infrastructure
- Implemented backend endpoints for AI Insights in the Client Portal and Backoffice.
- Infrastructure for organization-level analytics has been added.
- Integration of AI services and dashboards has been improved.
