The June 2026 release expands Fulfillor’s storefront and carrier connections while reducing manual work across client management, receiving, and packing. Teams can now import inventory from Shopify, send richer fulfillment updates to Pancake POS, use Porter Express for supported deliveries, and move through warehouse tasks with fewer repeated steps.

Integrations
Shopify Inventory Import
Fulfillor can now import inventory quantities from Shopify.
Teams can run an initial inventory sync and continue receiving SKU-based quantity updates from Shopify into Fulfillor. This supports merchants that use Shopify as the source for their inventory records and reduces the need to update quantities manually across both platforms.

Pancake POS Sync Updates
The Pancake POS integration now sends more fulfillment and return information back to the storefront.
Tracking numbers can sync to Pancake POS after an order is dispatched. Return shipments can also update with Returning and Returned statuses as inventory moves back to the warehouse.
Teams can now limit order imports to a selected warehouse, giving multi-warehouse operations more control over which orders enter each Fulfillor location.
Porter Express Carrier Integration
Fulfillor now supports Porter Express for applicable domestic deliveries in Qatar and shipments within the UAE.
Warehouse teams can generate shipping labels, dispatch shipments, and receive tracking updates through connected Fulfillor workflows. This gives operations in these markets another carrier option without requiring staff to manage the full shipping process through a separate system.
Product Improvements
Faster Organization Switching
The organization selector has been updated to help 3PL teams move between client accounts more efficiently.
3PL organizations now appear first in the selector, making commonly used client accounts easier to reach. Teams can also search organizations as they type and use the new All Organizations view to review pending work across multiple clients.
This gives warehouse administrators and operations teams a clearer view of workload across the business without repeatedly switching between individual accounts.
QR Code Receiving Tags
Warehouse teams can now generate receiving tags as QR codes instead of standard barcodes.
QR tags can hold more scannable information and give operations another option for identifying received inventory. This is useful for warehouses that already use QR-based labels across handheld and receiving workflows.
Quick Fulfillment Updates
Quick Fulfillment now creates shipments and packages automatically after an order is approved.
Packing slips are also available immediately, allowing teams to begin packing without waiting for shipment records or documents to be prepared manually. This removes several setup steps from the fulfillment process and helps warehouse staff move approved orders into packing faster.
