Better Order Control, Fewer Errors, and Stronger Carrier Integrations

This release focuses on reducing order errors, improving fulfillment reliability, and making day-to-day warehouse operations more predictable across the Client Portal, Backoffice, Website, and Handheld systems.

Key Improvements

Order & Inventory
  • Prevent overselling with “Require Inventory” validation Orders will no longer import if stock is unavailable, reducing fulfillment errors and manual fixes

  • Fixed Shopify phone number sync issues Fewer label failures and fewer shipment delays

Fulfillment Workflow
  • Removed unnecessary Packing Slip & Label actions from handheld workflows. Less clutter, fewer mistakes.
  • Sellers now only see relevant warehouse assignment data (“Assigned To”), shows only the relevant assignment data, without extra noise
Client Portal & Backoffice
UI & Usability Enhancements
  • Added “External Fulfillment” toggle directly in the table view Update records instantly, no need to open each one
Website & Frontend
  • Updated homepage visuals to improved consistency and responsiveness Integrations & API

  • iMile & J&T Express - Now Live Added two widely used last-mile carriers across KSA and the Middle East, improving delivery coverage and shipment reliability
