Better Order Control, Fewer Errors, and Stronger Carrier Integrations

This Fulfillor release focuses on three high-impact warehouse priorities: preventing overselling, reducing shipment errors, and improving carrier coverage across KSA and the Middle East. Updates include inventory validation for order imports, Shopify phone number sync fixes, cleaner handheld workflows, new iMile and J&T Express integrations, and improved AI insight handling for date-based reporting queries.

Key Improvements

Order & Inventory
  • Require Inventory validation added: Orders will no longer be imported when stock is unavailable, helping reduce overselling, fulfillment errors, and manual fixes.
  • Shopify phone number sync fixed: Shopify customer phone numbers now sync more reliably, reducing label failures and shipment delays.
Fulfillment Workflow
  • Cleaner handheld workflows: Removed unnecessary Packing Slip and Label actions from handheld screens, reducing clutter and helping warehouse teams avoid mistakes.
  • Simplified assignment visibility: Sellers now see only the relevant “Assigned To” warehouse assignment data, reducing unnecessary information in the portal.
Client Portal & Backoffice
UI & Usability Enhancements
  • External Fulfillment toggle: Added the toggle directly to the table view, allowing users to update records without opening each one.
Website & Frontend
  • Homepage visual updates: Improved homepage layout consistency and responsiveness across screen sizes.
Integrations & API
  • iMile and J&T Express now live: Added new last-mile carrier integrations to improve delivery coverage and shipment reliability across KSA and the Middle East.
  • Coming soon: Shipa, Zajil Express, and EMX: Additional carrier integrations are planned to expand delivery coverage across the Middle East.
System Infrastructure
  • Environment upgrades: Upgraded demo and production environments to improve system stability and performance.
AI Insights Infrastructure
  • More reliable AI responses: Improved chatbot handling when certain configurations or data points are unavailable.
  • Better date-based query handling: Improved responses for queries such as “This Month” and “Last Month” to return more accurate results.
  • Improved answer relevance: AI responses are now better tuned for accuracy, context, and relevance.
System & Admin Enhancements
  • Expanded admin tools: Improved operational workflows for warehouse and inventory management teams.
  • Faster system interactions: Improved system responsiveness for smoother navigation and quicker actions.
  • More reliable reporting: Fixed report inconsistencies to improve data accuracy and insight reliability.
  • Improved dashboard data handling: Enhanced data processing across dashboards for more accurate operational visibility.
Fixes
  • Visibility and access fixes: Resolved issues affecting visibility and access in certain areas of the system.
