May expands Fulfillor’s integration options while adding practical updates across order management, client billing, and platform accessibility. Warehouse teams can now connect with additional sales channels, access ShipStation shipping services, locate orders more efficiently, record payment details, automate storage billing, and use Fulfillor in Vietnamese.

Integrations
Pancake POS Integration
Fulfillor now supports Pancake POS, helping warehouses and sellers bring order information into their fulfillment workflows with less manual data entry.
Orders placed through Pancake POS can sync into Fulfillor for processing. After an order is dispatched, fulfillment updates and tracking information can be sent back to Pancake POS, giving sellers clearer visibility into shipment progress.
Rithum (DSCO) Integration
Fulfillor now connects with the Rithum dropship network, previously known as DSCO.
Order information can flow from Rithum into Fulfillor, allowing warehouse teams to process dropship orders alongside their other fulfillment activity. Fulfillment updates can then sync back to Rithum, reducing the need to update order records manually across both platforms.
ShipStation Shipping Aggregator
ShipStation is now available as a shipping aggregator within Fulfillor workflows.
Warehouses can use the connection to compare multi-carrier shipping rates and generate labels while processing orders in Fulfillor. This gives teams another option for managing carrier selection and shipping activity without moving between disconnected workflows.
Product Improvements
Search Orders by Entry Date
A new date filter has been added to the order listing, allowing teams to search for orders based on when they were entered into Fulfillor.
This makes it easier to review daily order activity, complete reconciliation checks, investigate processing issues, and prepare client reports for a specific period.
Record Payment Methods During Order Creation
Teams can now select a payment method when manually creating an order.
The selected payment information remains connected to the order throughout the fulfillment workflow, giving warehouse and administrative teams a clearer record of how the order was paid.
Storage Charges on Client Invoices
Storage charges can now be added automatically to client invoices.
This reduces the manual work involved in calculating and entering storage fees while helping 3PL billing teams maintain more consistent and accurate client invoices.
Vietnamese Language Support
Fulfillor is now available in Vietnamese.
Warehouse teams, administrators, and sellers operating in Vietnam can use the platform in their preferred language, making navigation and daily fulfillment tasks easier to understand.
