May brings new sales channel integrations, a new shipping aggregator, and workflow improvements across orders, billing, and platform accessibility.

New Sales Channel Integrations

• FulFillor now supports additional sales channels, helping warehouses sync orders, products, and inventory with less manual work.

• Pancake POS: Orders now sync into FulFillor automatically, with fulfillment updates and tracking pushed back after dispatch.

• Rithum (DSCO): FulFillor now connects with the Rithum dropship network, allowing order data to flow into FulFillor and fulfillment updates to sync back automatically.

Carriers & Shipping

• ShipStation now available as a shipping aggregator: Warehouses can now use ShipStation for multi-carrier rate comparison and label generation directly within FulFillor workflows.

Order Management

• Search orders by entered date: A new date filter on the order listing helps teams find orders by the date they were entered into FulFillor. This is useful for daily reconciliation, operational checks, and client reporting.

• Payment method recorded at order creation: Teams can now select the payment method when creating an order, and that information stays connected to the order throughout the fulfillment process.

Billing

• Storage charges added to client invoices: Storage charges can now flow automatically into client invoices, helping teams reduce manual billing work and improve billing accuracy.

Platform & Experience

• Vietnamese language now supported: FulFillor is now available in Vietnamese, improving accessibility for warehouse teams and sellers operating in Vietnam.
