September 2026 Release

You can now check alerts inside Fulfillor, use your own branding, and ship with SPX. This release also makes label printing easier and adds driver and vehicle records.

Notifications and Branding

In-app alerts: Get notified about new orders, inbound shipment notices (ASNs), low stock, and returns. Choose your alert topics and review past notifications on the history page. Alerts are shown for the organization you have open.

Your branding: Show your logo and colors on the web and handheld apps, including the login screen, based on the website address being used.

Shipping and Packing

• SPX (Shopee Express): Create or cancel shipments, get labels, track shipments, and check shipping fees.
• Labels during packing: Shipping labels are now created during packing, removing a separate step.
• Print labels together: Users with permission can print labels in bulk from the All Organizations dashboard.
• Fewer batch delays: A problem with one shipment no longer holds up the rest of its batch.

Dashboards and Orders

• See how many orders need attention beside each organization’s name. Counts update automatically.
• Keep your selected date range for each page and organization, even after logout.
• Send orders uploaded through CSV or Excel files in the Client Portal to Shopify, along with their tracking codes.

Drivers and Vehicles

Add drivers and vehicles and link them together. Shipment assignment, pickup, and delivery features are planned for later releases.

Permissions and Fixes

• Carrier settings and saved login details are kept separate for each organization.
• Administrators control who can print labels in bulk through the Bulk Labelling role.
• Shopify orders with the cancellation tag are canceled in Fulfillor if already imported. Orders not yet imported are skipped.
• When a J&T shipment is marked “pickup failed,” its items are added back to the stock on hand.
