Fulfillor is a cloud-based Warehouse Management System(WMS) built for 3PL teams managing complex warehouse operations. Over the past month, we focused less on adding surface-level features and more on improving how the platform feels and performs during day-to-day operations.

The December 2025 release introduces platform-wide usability improvements, the first version of Fulfillor’s AI-powered chatbot, and workflow enhancements across both the web application and the handheld app. These updates prioritize usability, picking efficiency, and operational speed on the warehouse floor.

AI-Powered Chatbot for Warehouse Operations (New)

The Fulfillor AI chatbot is now available directly inside the platform, acting as an in-context assistant for warehouse teams.

What it does:

  • Provides instant answers to common questions
  • Helps users understand features and workflows
  • Reduces dependency on external support and documentation
  • Works without leaving the current screen or interrupting tasks

This is an early release by design. Even at this stage, it reduces time spent searching for help and removes friction that slows teams down during day-to-day warehouse work.

Theme and Platform UI Updates for Better WMS Usability

To support long operational hours and improve overall usability, Fulfillor now offers customizable interface themes. New theme options:

  • Light mode
  • Dark mode
  • Default mode

Theme switching is available at any time

Alongside theme support, several UI refinements were introduced to improve clarity and navigation.

Interface improvements include:

  • Redesigned fonts and tables for better readability
  • Simplified layouts with reduced visual clutter
  • Improved visual hierarchy across screens
  • Updated Product and Order modules for clearer navigation and more direct workflows

Optimized Picking Flow for Faster Fulfillment

Fulfillor’s Wave Picking has been further optimized to support high-volume, fast-moving warehouse environments.

Orders are intelligently grouped based on physical warehouse locations, allowing pickers to move through aisles with minimal backtracking and fewer interruptions.

Picking enhancements include:

  • Support for multiple picking strategies:
    • Bulk Picking
    • Bulk Single Picking
    • Order-Level Picking
  • Unified picklists with detailed PickRun breakdowns
  • Ability to split large picklists into multiple pickruns
  • Assignment of pickruns to multiple pickers for balanced workloads

For operations processing thousands of orders daily, these improvements reduce picking time, streamline warehouse movement, and improve overall fulfillment throughput. The result is faster order execution, higher picker productivity, and a smoother end-to-end fulfillment flow.

Handheld App Improvements for Warehouse Floor Productivity

The handheld app received focused updates aimed at speed, clarity, and ease of use on the warehouse floor.

Key improvements include:

  • Redesigned interface for faster, more intuitive actions
  • Support for direct receiving to reduce inbound processing steps
  • Barcode scanning across workflows
  • 2D QR code scanning for:
    • Picking
    • Receiving
    • Packing

These updates strengthen Fulfillor’s mobile WMS capabilities and improve on-floor execution across inbound and outbound workflows.

New Carrier Integration: GLS

Fulfillor now supports GLS as a shipping carrier integration.

Integration benefits:

  • Expanded carrier connectivity
  • Support for multi-carrier shipping workflows
  • Improved shipping flexibility for growing 3PL and fulfillment operations
