New Features
AI-Powered Chatbot for Warehouse Operations
Fulfillor’s AI-powered chatbot is now available directly inside the platform.
Users can access guidance on Fulfillor features, warehouse workflows, and common operational tasks without leaving their current screen. This helps warehouse staff and administrators find relevant information while they work, reducing the need to search external documentation or switch between tools.
The chatbot can support faster onboarding, answer routine workflow questions, and help users understand how different areas of the platform work.

Product Improvements
Theme and Platform Interface Updates
Fulfillor now supports light mode, dark mode, and the default platform theme.
Users can select the visual setting that best suits their workspace and preferences. The broader interface update also introduces cleaner tables, updated fonts, reduced visual clutter, and clearer layouts across the Product and Order modules.
These changes make information easier to scan and help users navigate frequently used screens with less visual distraction.
More Flexible Wave Picking
Wave Picking has been updated to support a wider range of high-volume warehouse workflows.
Teams can now use Bulk Picking, Bulk Single Picking, and Order-Level Picking based on how orders need to be grouped and processed. Unified picklists provide detailed PickRun breakdowns, while larger picklists can be divided into multiple pickruns.
Individual pickruns can also be assigned to different pickers, helping warehouse managers distribute work across the floor and coordinate larger picking operations more effectively.
Handheld App Updates
The Fulfillor handheld application has been redesigned to support faster actions on the warehouse floor.
Warehouse operators can now receive inventory directly through the handheld workflow and use barcode scanning across more operational tasks. The application also supports 2D QR code scanning during picking, receiving, and packing.
These updates reduce reliance on desktop screens and give warehouse teams more flexibility when completing inventory and fulfillment tasks at the point of work.
Integrations
GLS Carrier Integration
Fulfillor now supports GLS as a shipping carrier integration.
Warehouses using GLS can include the carrier within their connected shipping workflows in Fulfillor. This gives 3PL providers, ecommerce operations, and multi-carrier warehouses another option for processing parcel shipments without relying entirely on separate carrier systems.
