Integrations

Asyad Express: Added support for shipment creation, label generation, and tracking for Oman deliveries.

Shopify Updates

Bundle product import: Shopify bundles import with their component SKU relationships intact.

COD payment status: Shopify payment updates can approve held cash-on-delivery orders after payment confirmation.

Order Management

Order import failure reports: When Require Inventory is enabled, email reports identify orders that failed to import and the reason for each failure.

Picking, Put Away & Returns

Picklist templates: Save and reuse picklist configurations for recurring workflows.

Lot-based picking: Handheld picking displays lot numbers and supports inventory allocation by lot.

Put Away by Shipment ID: Shipment ID is now available as an additional scan option during put away.

Returns: Updated Handheld and Client Portal returns with clearer Product Name, SKU, and UPC fields and stricter quantity validation.

Products & Inventory

Automatic image compression: Product images larger than 500 KB are compressed automatically during upload.

Facility-level low-stock thresholds: Each facility can maintain its own low-stock trigger.

Billing

Storage billing: Storage charges are based on occupied space rather than item inventory alone.

Storage Units include Pallet, Carton, Tote, and Loose Items, with storage snapshots used for billing calculations.

Platform & Security

Password expiry warnings: Users receive advance password expiry alerts in Fulfillor and by email.

Product Improvements

Packing slips: Store logos can be displayed alongside the standard inspection and returns notice.
