Integrations
VROMO Last-Mile Delivery Integration
Fulfillor now connects with VROMO to support last-mile delivery operations.
Orders can be sent from Fulfillor to VROMO, allowing delivery dispatches to be created without manually entering the same information into both systems. Delivery status updates can also sync back into Fulfillor, giving warehouse and operations teams clearer visibility after an order leaves the facility.
Supported updates include statuses such as driver assigned, out for delivery, and delivered.
DPD Parcel Shipping Integration
Fulfillor now supports DPD parcel shipping workflows.
Warehouse teams can generate DPD shipping labels from Fulfillor and receive tracking updates as shipments move through the carrier network.
This is enough for the changelog. It clearly tells users what was integrated and what they can do with it, without padding the section with carrier-portal sociology.
New Features
Proximity-Based Order Routing
Fulfillor now supports proximity-based routing for multi-warehouse fulfillment operations.
When determining which warehouse should process an order, Fulfillor can consider the distance between the available warehouses and the delivery location. The routing process can also account for stock availability and configured service-level rules.
This helps multi-warehouse teams reduce manual routing decisions and select a suitable fulfillment location based on operational requirements.
Expiry Alerts for Lot-Controlled Inventory
Teams managing lot-controlled inventory can now configure alerts for products approaching their expiry dates.
Users can set expiry thresholds and select which recipients receive email notifications. Fulfillor sends alerts before affected inventory lots expire, giving warehouse teams more time to manage expiry-sensitive stock.
Product Improvements
Shipping Location Map During Manual Order Creation
A location map is now available when manually creating orders in the Client Portal. The Google Maps connection displays the delivery location during order entry, allowing users to review it before submitting the order for fulfillment.
Shopify Geo-Location Data
Fulfillor can now capture latitude and longitude data from supported Shopify orders. The coordinates remain connected to the order and can support routing, delivery planning, and location-based workflows when Shopify provides the data.
Handheld Picking for Pre-Assembled Kits
The Fulfillor handheld application now supports picking workflows for pre-assembled kits and bundled products.
Warehouse operators can scan and pick the required kit components using handheld devices. Fulfillor records component consumption during the picking process, helping teams maintain more accurate inventory records for products made up of multiple items.
Why These Updates Matter
The October release gives fulfillment teams more control over delivery, shipping, routing, inventory, and warehouse execution. New carrier and last-mile connections reduce repeated data entry, while location-aware routing and expiry alerts help teams make better operational decisions.
The handheld and Shopify updates also provide warehouse teams with clearer information during picking and delivery planning.
